How we got started at Mastin

Randy’s parents, Burton and Norma Mastin, started pumping septic tanks, as well as cleaning sewers and repairing and installing septic systems, in 1960. The company operated out of their home in downtown Whitehouse, Ohio. Throughout the 1970s, Randy helped his parents with the family business. Following Bert’s death in 1977, Norma kept the company for a few years before selling it to Randy and his wife, Shirley

Randy Mastin Septic Tank was incorporated in 1983 and moved to its current location a mile outside of town later the same year. The company grew to include septic tank casting, garbage disposal, portable toilet rental, and water well service while maintaining its dedication to septic service and repair

Today at Mastin

Our business is currently in its 3rd generation of Mastins, with Randy’s daughter, Mandi, managing it.

Randy Mastin Septic Tank Inc. currently provides complete septic services, including pumpings, inspections, repairs, and installations to portions of Fulton, Henry, Lucas, and Wood County.

Well services are still a part of our company as well. This includes pump and pressure tank installation, chlorination, abandonment, and inspections.
